About RiverShores Realty

RiverShores Realty is an independent real estate brokerage specializing in waterfront, historic, and coastal properties across Florida's Forgotten Coast.

Based in Apalachicola, our connection to real estate here spans generations. Licensed Real Estate Broker Leon Teat brings more than 20 years of real estate experience and a lifetime spent knowing the communities, waterways, and properties of this coast.

Because buying property here isn't only about square footage and a view. It's knowing the difference between one shoreline and another, understanding water access, recognizing the character of a neighborhood, and knowing which questions to ask.
We help our clients look beyond the view and understand the property.
